Our pieces
Most pieces are handcrafted and one of a kind. Each piece page shows a studio image made from photographs of that exact piece and checked against it, alongside unretouched photos of the piece itself; colours can vary slightly between screens. Handmade pieces and natural stones have small variations and inclusions, which are part of their character and not defects. Materials, finish, stones and weights are described on each piece page as accurately as we know them; test reports are available on request.
Prices, currencies & payment
- Prices are set in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable Indian taxes. Prices shown in other currencies are converted at a daily exchange rate, for convenience.
- If your order is charged in rupees, your bank converts it and may charge a foreign-transaction fee; the final amount in your currency may differ slightly.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.
- If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
Orders & availability
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Adding a piece to your bag doesn't reserve it; it's held for 15 minutes once you begin payment. In the rare case a piece sells to someone else before your payment completes, we'll refund you in full, automatically. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we suspect fraud or can't ship to the address given.
Gift cards & Ivari credit
Gift cards are valid for five years from purchase; Ivari credit from returns is valid for 12 months. Both can be used over several orders, can't be exchanged for cash (except where the law requires), and are treated like cash: keep the code safe.
Duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country; these are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Payment disputes
If something's wrong, please contact us first: we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
Grievance redressal (India)

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer. Otherwise, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as customs, strikes or natural events.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in [city] having jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
